This morning I concluded my series on the New York State Consumer Protection Laws by discussing the recent cases interpreting those same statutes. In 2010 the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Acts were signed into law. It has taken some time, but the Courts have begun interpreting those statutes.
