On this week’s “Ask Your Lawyer Series” I answered the following email on the morning show “Open”: “My daughter is never given the attention she needs in her middle school. I want her to be able to switch to another school but we are only signed for the school she is in now. Do I have any legal rights to force another school to accept her as a student.
