This morning on the tv show “Open” I answered the following
email: "My husband and I have been staying in a shelter
with our two children. Last weekend my husband was attacked by a man who was
also living on the same floor. It's not the first time he had threatened us. I
would like to know if the I can hold the shelter responsible for the
