TODAY'S VERDICT, 12/5/17

Due to popular demand our viewers have once again asked for two popular topics:  Workers Compensation and Landlord Tenant rights.  We aim to please.  On last night’s Today’s Verdict with David Lesch we had two guests:  Attorney Samuel Goldberg, was on set to discuss building violations and HP proceedings with tips to combat pesky landlords who fail to provide basic services.  Also, Ariella Herman, Esq. laid out the steps you need to take to file for worker’s compensation while providing the necessary medical documentation to the insurance carrier.  Keep the requests coming.  The show is now online:

TODAY'S VERDICT, 2/21/17

After a month hiatus to work on a few trials, it was back to the studio for a new Today’s Verdict with David Lesch.  With Sexual Harassment all over the airways we thought it was important to bring in an attorney who specializes in the area.  On last night’s live show Susan Salazar, Esq discussed how to identify sexual harassment in the workplace.  Also, same sex couples are adopting children every day in our city.  Clifford Greenberg Esq, was in studio to talk about the uneven legal challenges facing all who seek to adopt.  We have some great new shows lined up.  So stay tuned.

TODAY'S VERDICT, 10/10/17

If you have been convicted of a crime, you will be happy to know that a new law takes effect giving New Yorkers one of the most expansive record-closing authorities in the nation. Courts will now have the discretion to seal up to two convictions (with exceptions). On last night’s live Todays Verdict Wesley Caines, Esq. from the Bronx Defenders was on set to discuss the new law. Also, Thomas Kenniff, Esq discussed unreasonable search and seizure as it relates to our everyday activities. The show which can be seen on channel 67 and 33 (FIOS) is now online:
