This morning on the tv show "Open" I continued my discussion of Renter's Rights. During my last appearance I focused on what a prospective tenant should know before signing his/her lease. This morning I assumed that the lease was already signed. I started with the "Warranty of Habitability" and continued from there. The interview is now online:
