TODAY'S VERDICT, 2/27/18

With the recent Florida mass shooting the familiar gun control alarm has rung.   Hopefully this time change is in the air.  On this week’s Today’s Verdict with David Lesch we sat down with Rebecca Fischer, Esq. from New Yorkers Against Gun Violence for an in depth interview.  We also sent our cameras out to the community to hear what you had to say about reforming the nation’s gun laws.  And the Bronx Defenders, an organization we have met with before has a new leader.  Justine Olderman Esq. sat down and discussed why she believes the justice system in is dire need of reform.   The show is now online:

TODAY'S VERDICT, 2/13/18

When you get dressed for the big night out did you know that fashion is governed by a strict set of laws? And that many in the fashion industry never even protect their designs? On this weeks Today's Verdict with David Lesch we brought on an expert to help us thread the needle as we tackled the laws governing fashion. Also, deportations are now more common than ever. It's a tough time to be in this country illegally. We sat down with an immigration attorney who made sure we understood the ramifications of pleading guilty to a crime while illegally in this country. Our guests: Ronia Sedhom Esq., and Kerry Bretz Esq. From TV to internet:
