If you have been convicted of a crime, you will be happy to know that a new law takes effect giving New Yorkers one of the most expansive record-closing authorities in the nation. Courts will now have the discretion to seal up to two convictions (with exceptions). On last night’s live Todays Verdict Wesley Caines, Esq. from the Bronx Defenders was on set to discuss the new law.
