Prepaid debit cards are cards that can be purchased online or at your local store. They are "pre-loaded" with a monetary amount. The problem is, most consumers do not know about the high fees that come with the card. Today on "Open" I discussed those fees, and the laws enacted by Congress to protect users. Meanwhile, as an aside, it was wonderful to meet Ambassador Suzan Cook in the studio.
