Homeless situation in NYC and the ongoing fight the City Council has been
having with Mayor Adams. Also we look at
the Settlement with L’Officiel that was facilitated by the Department of
Consumer and Worker Protection. Finally,
Rebecca Shore from Advocates for Children NY gave us some much needed
information concerning the Special Education Orders that have still not been
