On this edition of Today’s
Verdict, I interview Michael Sussman, a constitutional law and civil rights
attorney concerning the lawsuit to end the city’s outdoor dining program. Complaints range from excessive noise to traffic
and sidewalk congestion, garbage accumulation and uncontrolled rodent
populations. Next up, Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox discusses her lawsuit against
Governor Hochul and the New York Health Department. Ms. Cox seeks to end the state’s attempt to
force an individual to quarantine. Lastly, Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick tells
us about Alyssa's Law that now requires schools to consider silent panic alarm
systems as part of it's safety plan. The show is now online. Host: David Lesch | Producer: Yesenia Ramos |
Editor: Luis Rebolledo | Guest(s): Michael Sussman, Civil Rights Attorney;
Bobbie Anne Cox, Attorney; Elijah Reichlin-Melnick, NYS Senator, 38th District.
