With Hoverboards all over the news it’s no surprise I
was sent this email by a viewer: "I bought my son a hoverboard for Christmas. He
was riding his new present on my unleveled kitchen floor and he fell down. He
broke his wrist. I would like someone to tell me if my son has a claim against
anyone? I've read in the news that many people have been hurt while riding
hoverboards. Sal, Grand Concourse.” This
morning I answered his question on air.
