On this morning’s “Ask Your Lawyer” segment featured on the
TV show “Open”, I was responded to the following email: “My mother went to the
Emergency Room last week. A nurse put the wrong information into the
computer and she was given the wrong medication. Does she have a right to
sue the hospital. Don't they have to input the correct information?”
