Municipal Liability.  This morning on the tv show "Open" I spoke of the "rules" which are unique to municipal claims.  A lawsuit against a municipality involves preliminary legal requirements, which can be fatal if not complied with.  I also reviewed a sample "Notice of Claim" which must be served on the municipality within 90 days of the event.  Very important!  Watch tonight for the recablecast!
