Continuing with the medical malpractice theme, I have noticed that there has been a degrading shift from person to patient. People feel resentful with good reason. Today on the morning show "Open", I discussed the trend to make hospitals a wee bit friendlier. It certainly would help in preventing disgruntled patients and, consequently, medical malpractice suits!
