It was nice being back at the "Open" tv studio this morning. Now that there is same-sex marriage in NY State, I gave a synopsis of the new law during my interview with Daren Jaime. As of June 28, 2011, gay marriage is now allowed in six US States. But there are several untested legal issues that proponents of the new law now face.
