School violence is on the rise. Whether it is student on student harassment, or teacher on student assualt, a parent must be aware of their legal rights. A "spontaneous act" will bar a litigant from successfully prosecuting the case. Therefore it is important to document all potential threats with the school. In this way the Bd. of Education, or private school, cannot claim that the violent act was random.....and "spontaneous". David Lesch, Esq.
