It's a new year so that means a new legal series on the morning show "Open". Today I began a series on discrimination. Most of the discrimination I will be discussing over the next few months deal with the workplace. Employment Discrimination laws seek to prevent discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, and age by employers.
